By accessing the services provided by FuyadTech, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are prohibited from using our digital solutions.

02. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, FuyadTech owns the intellectual property rights for all material on this website. All intellectual property rights are reserved. You may access this from FuyadTech for your own personal use subjected to restrictions set in these terms.

03. Project Payments

For custom development projects, a 50% upfront deposit is required to initiate the workflow. The remaining balance must be settled upon project completion and before the final deployment or source code transfer.

04. Service Limitations

FuyadTech shall not be held liable for any damages that will arise with the use or inability to use the materials on FuyadTech’s website, even if FuyadTech or an authorized representative has been notified, orally or in writing, of the possibility of such damage.
